All products purchased from Wismec.us are eligible for our 90-day warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. Further, this warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship from the manufacturer. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse intentional or accidental by the user. Any requests for warranty on products displaying signs of tampering, misuse, or abuse will be denied. All warranty claims will be cross-referenced with our database, as only products purchased directly from Wismec.us are eligible for our 90-day warranty against manufacturer defects, please be sure to include the name used on the original purchase as well as the order number.
If you feel you may have a defective product, please contact our customer support by telephone: (844) 632-5240 Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. PST or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. All shipping costs incurred with returning the product(s) for warranty are to be assumed by the sender. Please note that we require all defective products to be photographed prior to returning the products to us in case of any damages that may have occurred after the product has departed from the sender. If the product(s) are found to be in working condition and no defects are found, you will be charged for shipping to and from destinations.
Warranty Return Process:
- Submit authorization request
- Receive approval with RMA#
- Package products with appropriate packaging to ensure safety of devices
- Include all appropriate paperwork, RMA#, proof of purchase, etc.
- Ship your items as soon as possible at your expense
